Emil Reisser-Weston MSc MEng
Emil has been running software companies for the last 20 years and is the key driving force behind the creative design and marketing of e-Learning WMB.
Emil has had past experience at successfully marketing software products, including the largest construction safety software suite in the UK. Emil is a holder of e-learning product awards from IOSH and Brandon Hall.
Clive is responsible for client liaison and the operational running of the sales process.
With nearly 20 years experience at Intel Clive has had experience at dealing with some of Intel’s major accounts. Roles included Customer Support, Marketing and European Quality Manager.
Andy joined our team having previously been working as an Operations Director for a Private Training Provider. With over 15 years experience in developing learning, development and apprenticeship programmes for some of the UK's most prestigious organisations, Andy has a Masters in Lifelong Learning from the Institute of Education is able to provide strategic direction around apprenticeships and the new standards.
Head of Design
Head of Design, Lasma Ulge, is responsible of the unique look and feel of e-Learning WMB's online training. Lasma has been with e-Learning WMB for 9 years, before this she worked for a number of high profile clients heading up design teams throughout Europe. Her skills include illustration, design, Flash and video editing. Lasma is also accomplished photographer and artist.
